The first was because the air conditioning was not working. Your company dispatched technicians to visit me at my home with the hour to rectify the problem. The second occasion was to facilitate payment of road tax which involved an inspection and an optional service. All were carried out with a minimum of fuss and at a convenient time for our family. The car was picked up at 9:30 am and returned by 11:30 am. All works completed.
