Even after the sales, the care shown by him / your company is top notch. Most companies turn their backs once they sell something - your attitude is very refreshing. If you have some kind of rating - I would give you 10 on all aspects.

I found William (our main point of contact) very good to deal with during the whole process - punctual, professional and took as much time as was necessary to explain every aspect of the purchase. To be honest I cannot give anything but a glowing response. William was an absolute star who did far more than I would have imagined of a person in his position. He brought me a teaser motor to gauge my response, after first listening to my request, he then took on board my feedback and quickly came up with the goods. His mannerism and demeanour were a joy and he took all the effort out of the purchase for me; sorted out a loan at short notice and even got some repairs done for me after I scratched the car in the first week. I felt I was demanding at times but he never lost his smile and never said no to anything.

All in all I hold no reservations in recommending your company to my friends and colleagues and cannot think of any area were you could have done more to make me contented.

I was and remain delighted by the service received.

We have been happy with the service we received from Presto. I had to contact William on Friday and he was very prompt with his reply and assistance. Our only "grumble" came from the way the paperwork for the loan from Maybank was presented to us. We were not happy about having to sign multiple blank contract forms which in our opinion leaves us very exposed should the information that was put on the form after we signed it, was incorrect. I realise that is the way it is done, however I wonder the consequences if the contract is called in to question at a later time.
